fine_PLA_no-support notes: Print temperatures: 180C nozzle / 50C bed * PLA's melting point tends to vary quite a bit with the dye used to color it. If layer adhesion is poor, try raising the nozzle temp by 5 degrees, if the PLA starts warping or sagging, drop the temperature by 5C. This is a nice default for high detailed prints in PLA where surface finish is more important than a low print time. Note that PLA as a rule does terribly with even minor overhangs. This can be corrected by using a fan blowing on the part during the print. Fan kits are available at lulzbot.com, or you can make your own. Stl and g-code available here: lulzbot.com/TAZ/Guava/production_parts/test_parts/fan_duct/ More information on printing with a fan can be found here: http://forum.lulzbot.com/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=384
